UNICEF, also known as the United Nations Children's Fund, is a United Nations agency responsible for providing humanitarian and developmental aid to children worldwide. UNICEF CWRU Club at Case Western Reserve University partners with the non-profit organization UNICEF USA to carry out its mission of protecting every child’s rights, help meet their basic needs, expand their opportunities, and work to ensure that all children will be able to reach their full potential.
We, UNICEF CWRU members, are going to host the UNICEF Gala on Nov. 13 to raise awareness of the seriousness of malnutrition diseases among children and collect funds to help malnourished kids to gain a healthy body so they could achieve the ability to learn, play, and flourish. As world citizens, we believe that it is our mission and responsibility to help the most vulnerable children and bring less suffering and more joy to them. For us, it could be a couple of dollars, but for them, it is life-changing.
If you would love to contribute your part, please register for our event and purchase a VIP E-ticket. Thanks to UNICEF, your donation will directly benefit children suffering from malnutrition disease through the dedication of UNICEF workers and volunteers.
Join us on the night of November 13th, let us gather for a good cost and bring some joy to children who we have never met before but are in urgent need of our help.
