During these difficult times, #CreateForUNICEF offers a way for individuals to channel their energy positively by using creativity to produce something and dedicate it to young people in the world. We challenged and you flooded social media with 'ARTivisms', a creative expression in which the artist attaches a message to inspire others to pursue their dreams, to spread positivity or to raise awareness of an issue.
We recognized that creativity can manifest itself in many forms: fashion, painting, drawing, coloring, singing, dancing, writing, and even cooking. We welcomed all types of submissions from all skill levels, as long as they are accompanied by a positive message for young people in the world.
Selected submissions from the #CreateForUNICEF posts will be presented live and will compete for first, second and third prize of each category. Bring your friends and family as we plan to incorporate popular vote!
The 2020 submission period is now closed, but we still welcome submissions to continue inspiring creative expressions.The Gallery to the right of this page shows the categories you can submit your entries into. To submit an entry, please do the following two steps:
1) Register your category on this page by obtaining a ticket
2) Post your 'ARTivism' on social media under the hashtag #CreateForUNICEF and tag @UNICEF USA.
