Empowering Humanity 2024: Youth and the Evolving Digital Landscape
Harvard Undergraduate UNICEF Club is incredibly eager to present our club’s annual conference, Empowering Humanity 2024: Youth and the Evolving Digital Landscape. Our conference will be in a virtual format between February 17th-18th, 2024. In years past, we have brought together students from across the globe to engage with the underlying complexities and potential solutions to educational disparities, climate change, and humanitarian issues exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic and international conflicts. Our 5th annual conference in 2024 will explore the ways in which technology affects children around the world through shifts in global dynamics and mental health.
The conference will take on a global perspective with topics centered on artificial intelligence and the progression of the Internet, misinformation, mental health, and cybersecurity. We are excited to be joined by distinguished guest speakers, who are experts either through their humanitarian work or academic research. Through these discussions and our annual innovation challenge, we will discover how technology will change and shape our futures. Full of panels, presentations, and activities, Empowering Humanity is designed to inspire ideas, cultivate community, and create concrete change.
