In South Sudan there is a major crisis that needs our attention and help. South Sudan has the 3rd largest refugee crisis in the world, and with the crisis now the numbers are growing rapidly.
6 out of 10 refugees are children
19,000+ children held by armed forces
1,000,000+ children are malnutritioned
2,400,000+ fled to neighboring countries
4,000,000+ forced to leave homes
And the numbers keep growing. The children of South Sudan NEED our help and aid.
Beacon of Hope is a fundraiser on August 18, 2019 at the Ulmstead Barn from 3-5pm. There will be guest speakers, live music, education on the culture and history of South Sudan, food, and so much more! Make sure to show your support at this event or if you can't make it, donate now!
