UNICEF Club Meet Up: Advocacy, Awareness and Problem Solving
UNICEF UNITE is excited to host Bay Area college and high school clubs to collaborate and learn from one another about ways to advocate for children around the world. As the future leaders and problem solvers of the world, we hope to share with you some of UNICEF's newest innovative solutions that are continuing its legacy of saving more children's lives for longer than any other non profit.
Many of you are preparing for futures in science, data science, medicine, technology, finance, economics or perhaps even art. We will discuss how all these fields and more intersect with the many layers of aid that UNICEF provides. Someday maybe you will be experts in these fields and partner with UNICEF to put your knowledge into action and create the solutions of the future!
Most importantly, this meet-up is an opportunity for high school and college clubs to discuss best practices and past successes, and collaborate on new ideas to advocate for children and fundraise. This is a great networking opportunity for you all to make new connections with other schools to partner with on campaigns or with whom to share ideas.
Tentative Agenda:
Icebreaker: Kahoot (come armed with your UNICEF factoids!)

Thank you and we look forward to meeting you all!
