Calling all UNICEF UNITE Los Angeles Members!
Join us as we support UNICEF USA's End Trafficking campaign by walking in unity this Saturday, January 12th, to raise awareness of Human Trafficking in our community.
Children around the globe — whether born abroad or right here in our backyard — face a world of significant challenges, but also immense opportunity. At UNICEF USA, we are working to build a world where every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential, free from violence and exploitation. We do this because we believe that a world fit for children is a world fit for all.
The annual LA FREEDOM WALK is sponsored by various organizations including CASTLA, Southern California Partners for Global Justice, LAPD and LASD Regional Task Force for Human Trafficking, Women Religious (Sisters). These organizations bring together men and women, high school and college students, and families and individuals to make a public stand against human trafficking.
